How much do sessions cost? How long are appointments?
The self-pay rate for an intake session is $130. The self-pay rate for followup appointments is $120. Intake appointments typically take 50-60 minutes, and followup appointments are about 50 minutes long. I am happy to offer longer appointments if you believe this would better suit your needs.
Do you take insurance?
I am currently in the process of paneling with insurances through Headway. You can find the most up-to-date information about which providers I am in-network with by visiting my Headway profile.
If I am not in-network with your insurance, sessions are self-pay. Following your session, I can provide you with a superbill for services rendered. A superbill is an itemized list of services and costs you have paid. It can be submitted to your insurance as an out-of-network claim for reimbursement.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
My current availability can be found in the “Book Now” section. I typically work 9:30AM to 5:00PM most days. For one or two days a week, I offer appointments until 8:00PM. I do not offer weekend appointments.
Do you only work with children/teens?
While the majority of my clients are children and teens, I also enjoy working with adults! As someone who wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until my late 20s, I particularly enjoy helping other adults with similar experiences. I also have an interest in working with men as they navigate fatherhood, relationship struggles, and intimacy concerns. Additionally, I am able to assist adults with persistent depression and bipolar disorder.
What is your after school availability?
Due to the number of children and teenagers I work with, after school appointments are in high demand and often booked far in advance. Additionally, preference for after school appointments is given to clients who attend therapy weekly or bi-weekly. We can discuss current availability on your phone consultation!
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to your session are billed at the session rate ($120). Missed appointments are also billed at the session rate. Please notify me as soon as possible about cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid this charge.
How do I get started?
If you are ready to book an intake session, click the “Book Now” button to select a time. Intake paperwork will be emailed to you to complete prior to your first appointment.

How soon can you get me/my child in for an intake appointment?
If you are flexible with availability, I can usually get intake sessions booked within 1-2 weeks. If you require certain days/times that are in high demand (after-school appointments in particular), you may need to wait longer for availability to open up. I try to be flexible and transparent with scheduling so that you can make an informed decision about the compatibility of our schedules.
